One large canvas. Everyone adds a layer, in colour, texture, whatever feels right.
Nobody controls where it goes.
That's the whole point. You end up with a real piece of art that belongs to all of you, and a session nobody will forget.

This is the original Villekulla experience, a colourful, gloriously messy creative rage room designed to reset the nervous system.
No rules. No right way.
Just paint, unconventional tools, big canvases and the kind of mess you haven't made since you were five. Equal parts ridiculous and genuinely cathartic. You'll leave lighter than you arrived, and probably covered in colour.

The 2h session is the workshop.The half day extension adds space for individual reflection, a second creative round or a light team activation layer, we figure out what fits your group together beforehand.
Making something with your hands activates the body, quiets the overthinking brain and brings people back to the present. Simple, proven, and a lot more fun than a trust fall.

What you need to know.
I bring everything: paint, canvas, tools, protection for tables and floor
Available in English, Dutch and German, or a mix
Just a room with tables and a nearby sink; that's all you need
Set up 30–45 min before; full cleanup after; space left tidy
Groups of 6–15 (for larger groups I bring support)
Light mindset layer woven in where it fits. Never heavy, always optional
