"Hey, I'm Anna — part coach, part painter, full-time colour explorer."

Collage of outdoor adventure photographs featuring scenic landscapes and activities, including a woman with arms outstretched on a mountain top, a person with a snowboard on snow, a woman in a backpack taking a selfie on a trail, a lake with mountains, a beach with waves, a canyon with river, and a person with arms outstretched in front of a mountain lake.

My Story or how I got here

For the better part of my twenties, I was in constant motion.

Wanderlust carried me across continents:

🌊 New Zealand's wild coasts.

🏛️ Asian Temples tucked into jungles.

🌲 The forests of Canada.

🦘 The buzz of Australia.

I picked up colours and textures like souvenirs. I shifted careers just as often: hotel management, sales, marketing, business development.

Collection of paintings and art supplies including canvases, paints, brushes, and completed artworks displayed outdoors.

The Joy of Experimenting

When Studio Villekulla came to life, so did the permission to try everything.

Brushes, sure. But also park sand. Kitchen towels. Chalk. Shoes. Fire. I never settled into one method because each technique brings a different emotion alive.

Some pieces begin with an idea.
Some just happen, like curiosity got paint on its hands and went running.

My studio became a lab of feeling: scraping, layering, pouring, listening.

The next rabbit hole to explore

Eventually, curiosity led me to study psychological counselling. I went through my own deep inner work — therapy, unlearning, getting honest.

That's where things started to shift.

I stopped trying to meet other people's expectations and started asking bigger questions:

What does success actually mean — to me?

What if I didn't have to prove anything?

What if it's okay not to have the answer yet?

Now, I work with people who are asking those same questions. Whether you're in a moment of transition, questioning your next move, or ready to shed some outdated "shoulds" — I'm here to help you find your own rhythm.

My Approach

Yes, I’m certified — Psychological Counsellor & Business Coach (ILS Hamburg, 2-year program, state-approved in Germany).
Hundreds of hours in coaching labs, psychodrama, and systemic constellations.
So, structured? Absolutely.

But I’ve also lived the messy parts: starting over, crossing borders, rebuilding from scratch.
That’s where the art comes in.
Paint is my language for what can’t be said. A metaphor, a mirror, a little rebellion against doing it all “right.”

In my world, growth isn’t polished — it’s layered, textured, and beautifully human.

In a Nutshell — Three Ways Curiosity Shows Up in My World

And if I had to sum up what connects all the chapters of my life — it’s curiosity.
It’s shown up in three big ways: on the road, in the studio, and in the conversations that change everything.

Travel

Taught me to follow detours, stay curious, and collect stories (and colours) along the way.
Every border crossed added a new shade, in perspective, in courage, in play.

Art

Where words take a nap and colour takes over.
Scribbles, layers, texture, my favourite way to untangle thoughts and make a beautiful mess. It’s where I listen with my hands and let curiosity lead.

Coaching

The space where I help you find your own rhythm again.
Through deep listening, gentle rebellion, and a touch of humour, because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy.
