Hey, I'm Anna!
Part coach, part painter, full-time colour explorer.
How I got here
For most of my twenties, I was in constant motion.
New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Asia. I collected colours and perspectives like souvenirs, and shifted careers just as often: hotel management, sales, marketing, business development.
The Joy of Experimenting
Somewhere along the way, I started painting. Not to be an artist, just because something in me needed to make a mess.
Brushes, sure. But also park sand. Kitchen towels. Chalk. Shoes. Fire. I never settled into one method because each technique brings a different emotion alive.
Some pieces begin with an idea. Some just happen, like curiosity got paint on its hands and went running.
The next rabbit hole to explore
Eventually, curiosity led me somewhere quieter: to study psychological counselling. I went through my own deep inner work, therapy, unlearning, and getting honest.
That's where things started to shift. I stopped trying to meet other people's expectations and started asking bigger questions:
What does success actually mean to me?
What if I didn't have to prove anything?
What if it's okay not to have the answer yet?
Now, I work with people who are asking those same questions. Whether you're in a moment of transition, questioning your next move, or ready to shed some outdated "shoulds", I'm here to help you find your own rhythm.
My Approach
Yes, I'm certified, Psychological Counsellor & Business Coach (ILS Hamburg, 2-year programme, state-approved in Germany). Hundreds of hours in coaching labs, psychodrama, and systemic constellations. So, structured? Absolutely.
But I've also lived the messy parts: starting over, crossing borders, rebuilding from scratch. That's where the art comes in. Paint is my language for what can't be said. A metaphor, a mirror, a little rebellion against doing it all "right."
“In my world, growth isn’t polished. It’s layered, textured, and beautifully human.”
