Horizon of Thoughts

Blues, greens, flashes of orange — a horizon shifting between soft and rough, still and moving.

It began as a line in the distance, but wanted more. It stretched, fractured, swirled. Some strokes moved fast and fleeting, others stayed slow and thick, letting branches quietly grow underneath.

The surface cracked — not to destroy, but to reveal. Beneath the breaks, both shadow and unexpected glints of gold.

This piece is a horizon of perspective: where thoughts rise like waves, some bubbling up and floating away, others lingering long enough to root. The horizon can hold both quiet and brightness — memories that echo, and possibilities that glow.

Painted in layered acrylics, with texture paste, sand, cracking medium, kitchen towel, and palette knives. A landscape of thoughts — staying, leaving, returning.
